Tour Fare

Tour fares quoted are based on current rates at the time of booking and are subject to changes with or without prior notice. It is inclusive of all transportation, accommodations, meals and sightseeing as specified in the tour itinerary. It excludes passport and visa fees, travel insurance, airport taxes, excess baggage charges, expenditure of a personal nature such as room service, laundry, telephone calls, beverages, optional excursions, gratuities to drivers and tourist guides, etc.

Tour fares are based on economy class special group excursion air tickets, which are non-endorsable, non-reroutable, non-negotiable, non-reissuable, non-refundable, and valid only on dates/flights shown. Changing of dates/flights and open dated tickets are not permitted. Any infringement upon these regulations incurring extra costs will be borne by the passengers concerned.

Travel Documents

It is the passenger’s sole responsibility to hold an international passport valid for a minimum of six months beyond date of return from the intended trip and to acquire any relevant visas, exit, entry or re-entry permits, health and other necessary documents. If you require our assistance to apply for visas on your behalf we shall not be responsible for negligence nor be liable for any loss, delay or expense which may arise. (Please enquire for the respective local embassies for all entry formation before booking) In the event that a passenger cannot obtain their visa after booking was made and wish to cancel their trip, an administrative fee of S$25.00 per person shall be levied.

Extension of Stay

Any voluntary extension of stay can be arranged at the last destination subject to seat and room availability. Such requests must be made at least 14 days before tour begins. Revision to the original tour schedule is not allowed once a request is acted upon and arrangements are finalised. You are to reconfirm your return flight reservation with the respective local airline office at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure and to advise a telephone contact number where you can be reached. Extension stay is strictly at passenger’s own expense and transfer to the airport will not be provided.

Baggage

Accompanied baggage allowances are measured in line with the respective airline accordingly. Passenger with excess baggage should pay the relevant charges as imposed. In additional, each passenger is allowed one cabin bag as per each carrier required measurement. All baggage is carried and handled at owner’s risk. Any customs duty and sales tax imposed by the relevant authorities shall be paid by the passenger concerned if found carrying goods not entitled to duty free concessions or in excess of the specified duty fee allowance.

Accommodation

Adult fare is usually based on 2 adults sharing a twin or double room whilst child fare is applicable for a child above 2 and below 12 years old in a room with 2 adults. Single occupancy of a room by choice or circumstance is subject to a supplement. Infant fare includes only air passage but without a seat on board. Upon request, a bassinet on board and/or a baby cot are provided if available.

Change of Arrangement

In case of force majeure, it may be necessary to alter or modify routines, transportation, accommodation, meals, sightseeing, etc. should this occur, we will do all possible to substitute arrangements of a similar nature and value.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you effect a comprehensive insurance policy covering loss of monies paid due to cancellation or curtailment of tours (on your part), loss of baggage and personal money, personal accident or death, injury or illness, medical expenses, hospitalisation, travel delay and any others as provided by the respective insurance company.

Responsibility

All arrangements for the provisions of transport, accommodation and other services are made by us as agents for the appointed airlines, transport companies, hotels, ground operators, etc. and are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liabilities imposed by them.

The issuance of tickets, vouchers, coupons, orders, etc. constitutes the sole contract between these service providers and the purchasers of these tour packages and/or passengers. We cannot be held responsible for any misdescription or inaccuracy of tour itineraries or accept liability of whatever nature for the acts, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of these companies, or any party assisting or collaborating with them.

In all aspects, each person’s participation in any tour organised by our company shall be regarded as carrying his/her own risks pertaining to injury, accident, delay, damage loss or other irregularities that may be caused to person or property. We assume no responsibility for additional expense incurred or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control such as but not limited to fire, severe weather, natural calamities, war civil disturbance, strikes, quarantines, thefts, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment, acts of governments or any other authorities.

We shall not be responsible for the deportation or refusal of boarding or entry of any passenger resulting from holding improper or illegal travel documents or possessions of unlawful items, or any reason whatsoever.

Unused Services

No refund will be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, or any other services, which are included in the tour fare or otherwise paid for but not utilised by the passengers for any reason whatsoever. During the tour, if there are difficult and uncooperative tour members whose act and conduct which the tour leader in charge considers to be unreasonable and detrimental to the enjoyment, well-being, interest and safety of other tour members, the tour leader concerned possesses full discretion to deal with such person as he/she deems fit, including requiring them to leave the tour. In this respect, the decision of the tour leader is final and our company shall not make refund for any uncompleted portion of the tour.

Amendment Fee

A fee of S$50 per amendment to the existing booking will apply in additional to any changes imposed by suppliers such as airlines, hotelier, etc. Such amendment does not constitute a transfer to another tour whereby cancellation fees shall apply.

Cancellation

In the event of voluntary cancellation or withdrawal of tour by the passengers, charges will be imposed accordingly as below: -

      31days or more                                : Refer to amendment fee
      15 – 30 days before departure            : 50% per person of the tour fare
      07 – 14 days before departure            : 75% per person of the tour fare
      07 days & below before departure       : 100% per person of the tour fare

Our company reserves the right to cancel a tour at anytime before departure, for any reason whatsoever, including insufficient number of participants. In that event, our liability is limited to a refund of monies paid

Payment

In the Balance payment is required 14 days prior to departure or whichever is viable as stipulate. Any full payment, which does not reach us in time, will be treated as arrangement being cancelled and forfeiture of deposit.
